Bones form the backbone of the skeletal system, providing support, and structure to our body. They mainly act as a guarding element for the more sensitive body parts like brain, lungs or the heart.
A typical bone is composed of three layers, the inner most being the bone marrow where new cells are continuously being formed and developed.

Bones have their own protective mechanism and broken bones are healed by the tissues that are formed in the bone marrow over a period of time.

One of the most important elements in a bone is calcium and various diseases are often caused due to the lack of this mineral.

The most common among them is Osteoporosis where the bones lose their strength. Second is Arthritis which affects the bones in the joints. Rickets is a disease caused by calcium disorder in children’s.
Other type of disorders includes Osteomyelitis, Paget’s disease and osteonecrosis.

The immune system is a defense mechanism by the body to prevent the entry of any outside element inside the body that has the ability to weaken the body and cause illness.

This immune system can be categorized into four broad categories: Active natural, active artificial, passive natural and passive artificial. The main agent of this immune system is the white blood cells which plays two roles. The former is to destroy the disease causing bacteria, and the latter is to memorize these bacteria, so that the body can successfully fight in the event of a second attack.

The common type of immune disorders is allergic diseases, autoimmune disease which occurs when the white blood cells fails to recognize the invading outside elements. Another category is immune complex diseases which occurs when antigens and antibodies gets interlocked in clusters. The immune deficiency disorder is caused by hereditary problems, or is a result of drugs side effect.

Many poems and ballads have been written praising the beauty of golden locks.
The main reasons for pre-mature hair loss is hormonal changes, diseases, deficient diet, stress, medication, hair styling treatments, pollution, dandruff, etc.

All though hair loss can never be totally stopped, we can definitely take some preventive measures to delay the process and control the damages.

Preventive, measures includes going slow with the use of hair dyes, hairdryer and curling iron, staying away from extreme forms of hair styles, lesser usage off shampoos or coloring dyes. Reducing the level of alcohol intake and maintaining a healthy lifestyle helps.

Consuming food with high protein content, using hair conditioners, reducing stress, exercising well are all pointers. Adherence to all these measures can surely make our hair glow like the dark nights of the midnight sky.

But for common people like us infection are house irritating things that causes a running nose, gives us headaches, and makes us miss schools.!!

Infections are mainly caused by small microscopic organism called bacteria, fungus, parasites or virus.

Infections are largely categorized into 5 broad categories like colds & flu, common infections, sexually transmitted diseases, bacterial & viral infections, fungal infections, skin infections & rashes, stomach & intestinal infections.

The best way to protect one from infectious diseases is to lead a healthy hygienic life. Personal hygiene should always be a top priority. Secondly some basic steps like covering our nose and mouth while sneezing is also important to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Proper medication and appropriate drugs are very important to cure infectious diseases so they don’t linger on longer than necessary.

Starting from our eyes, ears, limbs & heart each and every organ seems devoid of any poetic philosophy, and hence starts troubling us with some kind of problems.
The problem ranges from cataract, glaucoma, loss of hearing, skin diseases like dermatitis and eczema, arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.

No matter how much we hate, but getting away from these problems are almost impossible, but yes we can of course age gracefully, and the best way to do that is to lead a regulated life. The first step is to be conscious about the food that we eat, indulge in some kind of some outdoor activities like golf, swimming, or walking to keep the body active, consult a doctor and get regular medical checkup. The company of friends and family and an active life is the corner stone to healthy old age life.
