Exercise and hygiene

The minimum requirement is 8 glasses of water a day.

Whether it is after a bout of strenuous exercising or any activity where you have sweated a lot, then a wash and bath are things you cannot delay or avoid. Soaps and scrubs are available in plenty commercially. Choose what suits your skin type, as well as leaves you feeling fresh after you have had a bath.
