Boot Camp Fitness Programs

Boot camps are structured facilities that are used for highly defiant children or teenagers. They have military styled facilities that include military type exercises. These lay emphasis on the fear factor and respect for authority. Boot camp fitness programs are designed for people who require hardcore strength training and cardiovascular exercises. These fitness programs include warm up exercises followed by cooling down and stretching activities. Boot camp fitness programs are offered indoors during the fall and rainy season.

Boot camp fitness programs have a rigorous fitness regime. Overall fitness is the aim of most of these programs. The participants are monitored at every stage in case the regime needs to be altered. These camps are also suited for civilians who need motivation and discipline in their exercise program. Endurance building is a major component in any boot camp fitness program. Running with an instructor is one such endurance building activity.
