Deal with wrinkles
- The first and most important thing one must do is to de-stress oneself. This can be done with meditation, deep breathing exercises, positive thinking, and exercising.
- Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Get enough sleep.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
- Try not to go out into the sun too often, or if you have to be outdoors, then make sure you have a good sun-screen on your face.
- Gently massage your face with coconut oil before you go to bed. Leave it for a while and then wash it off before sleeping.
- Smile a lot
It is extremely important to know how to cope with stress, so that you can lead a relatively stress-free life. Learn to age gracefully… If your skin doesn’t look great, nothing you wear is going to make you look spectacular. Take care of skin now so wrinkles don’t make you age too fast in time.
